Copacabana, I cheated you.

Copacabana, Bolivia is seriously dwarfed by its more famous Brazilian counterpart. Yes, the water of Lake Titicaca may be glacial and the bikini sightings scarce, but the Bolivian town is simply lovely. I walked around all morning, exploring the town's market, car benedictions and church. Wait, what? Yes, blessing your car once a year is a must in this city and is a hilarious daily ritual (see below). My passage to Bolivia was unfortunately too short, as I had to return to rest my lungs and legs for the upcoming hike to Machu Picchu. But, ojala, I will return.

He told me he comes every year to get his two taxis blessed. (No, I never thought I would write that sentence).

Niños.
Glimpse of Titicaca at the end.

Interior market.

Outside market.
